In-company Language Training

Professional internships

We support the training of future professionals by hosting advanced students from universities and tertiary institutions for their internships. This allows our employees to study and complete their professional internships within the company.

In-company IT consultants and specialists training

We offer the We Training program, an in-company training for IT consultants and specialists lasting from 3 months to 3 years. Options include technical mentoring, skills development, and language mentoring.
After training, we support your development by covering the cost of your personal certification as a specialist in each brand we partner with. The effort is yours, and the certification is yours too (and will be forever).
You can also access a Career Plan, choosing the career path you wish to pursue and working together to create a roadmap for successful development.
